I'm stuck in the hospital, and i can't sleep. This doesn't happen much as i can usually fall asleep any time i want.  I guess the hospital call room isnt the most comfortable and i'm always on edge waiting for a page. "doctor!! patient say's he's cold, what should i do?" .... Give him an extra blanket? hahaha ok...its not usually that bad, but sometimes i wonder why they have to page me at 4 in the AM for certain things.

Anyways whats up with me? Man i have no idea.  I'm really 1/2 way through my residency.  I can't believe it, and actually the most difficult parts are through. Of course there are still nasty months ahead, but really the growing pains are done. 

Looking back, man its UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE how much i've learned, and how much MORE i have to learn. One day you graduate and your a "Doctor" and even though u know alot, you have no idea how to put it together and actually take care of people. On top of that, med schools arent that good about teaching the practical stuff, they are better at teaching weird stuff you need to pass the boards but may actually never see in real life.  Next thing you know you're taking care of the whole intensive care unit and in the middle of the night, its seriously all up to you.

Anyways what the heck am i gonna do after residency? Work? Fellowship? Man you'd think after a million years of school you'd know.... I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M GONNA BE WHEN I GROW UP!! Ok i'll write again....hopefully sooner rather than later.

I'm on vacation.... starting...  NOW. 2 weeks of.... i dunno

I don't know what i'm doing except being lazy.  So if you feel like getting drunk, or partying, or anything irresponsible, let me know

Dood, i am Dark.  U seen the Dave Chapelle show with the Rick James skits.. He calls the Murphy' brothers "Darkness" cuz they really black.  Well i am the korean darkness.  I tan like a mofo.  I could mow your lawn, climb up some palm trees and grab some coconuts... i look straight up islander/mexican?.. i dunno what but DARK MAN.  Why come? hehe just spent some time in hawaii Suckazzzz..

Ok..so from last week... Wed started work at 7am, finished at 810am on Thursday. Went home at 835, packed, and got a ride to the airport by 915. Got on the 10 AM flight to chicago. 

Thurs night - modo.  Ehh.. U know, its Chicago, it has its... charms. But drinking and partying with Will and Chris and them is always a good time.

Fri night - Ninja's place.  Awesome man. Great food, seriously thats what i miss.  Seein all mah PEEPZ.  Eating Kalbi, playing poker.  Drinking moore.

Saturday phew... Lunch GREAT SEAS baby.  Dinner. PORTILLIOS (Italian beef + Maxwells).  Then drinking, partying and Vision. Its like i never left!!.  Party till like 4am. then STRAIGHT TO THE AIRPORT.  Jeez mang.

Thanks for all who came out.  Really great to see everyone's face.  I miss all you Chicago peeepz, if you were all in LA, would make it even better.

Sunday. Get home to LA. shower, laundry, pack. and BACK TO THE AIRPORT.  and OFF to hawaii...

Beautiful weather, great beaches. sailing, snorkeling, hiking.  Saw some big mo fo turtles IN THE WATER (dood at first i was like.woah, whats that huge ass thing under the water and i got nervous) but it was just a sea turtle... dolphins, a whale (ok just the water shooting up), tons of fishes, some lava (ok the lava was really far away)  and thus I am now really really.. REALLY DARK.  if i close my eyes and my mouth in the late afternoon, i could blend into the shadows.

I can smell it..... its so close i can taste it.... like a crisp juicy asian pear or a Fat bloody steak from Mastro's.  Mouth watering and tantalizing........... Vacation is so close at hand I am trembling with anticipation..

Quicky visit to Chicago April 5th - 8th.  Lets get our drink on.  Ohhhh yeaaaaa

(I think I head Chris Rock say something like this) Back in the 80's it was "Michael Jackson" vs "Prince." There were people who thought Michael Jackson was the man, and others who backed Prince.  Probably more people were fans of Michael.  So Chris Rock was saying that now we know who the winner is... Prince.  Cuz Michael is broke, is crazy, a pedophile, has 3 kids who aren't even his (how the hell did he steal 3 white kids!!)  Prince is still performing (dood, he was spot on at the Superbowl.  I mean I thought initially that may have been one of the dumbest choices but he can seriously perform). So Prince won the war.

So why am I bringing this up?  Cuz Christina beat Brittney!.  At first everyone liked Brittney more (hotter at first, I guess more popular, better dancer, although Xtina better singer).  And then Brittney gets divorced... TWICE and has 2 kids.... and is doing drugs and is an alchy and now SHAVED HER HEAD. What a wackkkkooo.  And xtina is married, happy, and has her hair. 

Xtina wins.  Oh yea and Brittney got fat. Thats just like unforgivable ...... .

(funny huh i write once ever 2 months and my entry is about this... i guess the hospital is kinda depressing and sad  so you know...i need like distractions)
